This product does not contain Phenylpropanolamine (PPA) Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine 4 mg per tablet.
Indications
Provides temporarily relief of these symptoms:
headache
nasal congestion
sinus pain and pressure
Drug Interaction Precautions
Do not use
with any other products containing acetaminophen.
if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know whether your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
Warnings
Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.
Ask a doctor before use if you have
heart disease
high blood pressure
diabetes
thyroid disease
difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland
sodium restriced-diet
When using this product do not exceed recommended dosage.
Stop use and ask a doctor if
nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur
fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days
new symptoms occur
symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by a fever
redness or swelling is present
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Prompt medical attention is critical for adults as well as children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
Foil sealed for your safety. Do not use if foil packs are torn or open.

I tried a whole box of these and have found the sinus medication to be of no effect at relieving sinus pressure at all. Advil cold and sinus is much more effective on sinus headaches.

This product is excellent for relieving sinus pressure and headache pain. I fall asleep with almost any product that says non-drowsy, but with this product, I can take it at work and still be alert.
