Drug Interaction Precautions
Do not use
with any other products containing acetaminophen.
if you are now a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know whether your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
Warnings
Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.
Allergy Alert: Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include: hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing) or shock.
Sore throat warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.

When using this product
excitability may occur, especially in children

Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Prompt medical attention is critical for adults as well as children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.

This product has always been more effective then any other cold medicine. It is fast and it works. Just drop two tablets into water and wait till they have disolved then drink. The orange flavor gives you the impression that you are drinking orange soda. I am a diebetic and have high blood pressure, and I shouldn't really take this type of medicine; but I hate having cold symptoms and nothing else works as well. I figure that I'll live if I limit the use of this product and take it very sparingly.

This is very easy to take and also easy to carry with you incase you need it while you're on the go. I use this when I feel a cold coming on with no cough or have sinus problems. I like it because it works fast and it's convenient, like all Alka-Seltzer products.

This works better for me than any other OTC cold medicine! Even though it's marketed as COLD medicine, I often use it for seasonal allergies and it works GREAT! I have no side effects from it although I understand that some people experience drowsiness from it.

I LOVE this product. We heat the water first and enjoy a hot sparkling orange drink that truly tastes great, clears your sinuses/nasal passages very quickly, and knocks out the headache faster than any pain medication I've ever tried. We've already blown through 2 boxes of this potion, and we're going on Number 3.

These tablets are very effective. They relieved my symptoms almost immediately, and did make me drowsy, which was okay. The flavor wasn't nearly as bad as I anticipated, either; very tolerable.
