This formula is awesome for the common cold! I get a box at onset of symptoms, take it day and night, and it makes a cold bearable. What I really like is that it doesn't completely dry me out at night; no dried up nose or pasty mouth in the morning. Combine this with some breathe-right strips and you can actually sleep with your cold!
