this seems to move around. It's weird because I used this product a little under a year ago but it wouldn't budge. Now it seems like I put it on and in two hours it's almost completely gone or clumped up near my tear duct. I think it might just be my eyelids/waterline because this worked great before.

I wear A LOT of eyeliner (think Amy Winehouse), and this is the ONLY eyeliner I use. It never smudges. If I get lazy and fall asleep with it on, I wake up with it still looking the same. The only downside is of course that it is hard to get off. Invest in some eye makeup remover, because your regular cleanser won't do it.

I just love this eyeliner. I apply eyeliner around my eyes and on my inner rims and it just doesn't move! I get compliments on my smokey, smudgey (don't worry, I smudge with a Q-tip on purpose!) eyes all the time from friends and random people walking by me, honestly! Almay eyeliner goes on smoothly, and stays pure black. It looks so gorgeous with my blue eyes, the only eyeliner that I can compare this one to is the MAC technakohl eyeliner which is double the price!
As a make-up artist, this and MAC's eyeliner is all I use on my clients, so there's saying something.
If you're looking for a longlasting black liner, this is the product for you!

I've tried about a zillion different eyeliners, and this is definitely the best I've found. It goes on really smooth and precise, and it only smudges if you want it to. It really does last all day...when I get home from work, it looks just as good as when I put it on in the morning. Plus, Almay doesn't test on animals. Right on!

This is my all-time favorite black pencil eyeliner, and I am an eyeliner FIEND. I've been using it for over three years. Perfect applicator so you don't have to go searching for the sharpener, perfect color - goes on dark and stays. It sometimes smudges after awhile, but all in all this is the best pencil eyeliner out there for the best price.

This is my all time favorite eye liner. It goes on so smoothly and stays in place even while I'm sweating away at the gym!! Can't beat that! Great product for the price!

I bought this for my daughter for long-wearing stage makeup, and wound up wearing it myself because of its staying power. I seem to "absorb" or dissolve most eyeliners in a couple of hours. This one is definitely there all day. I am purchasing other colors!
