I have used this product for a long time and does exactly what it needs to do. The one problem I have with it is that the top half of the pads are nearly dry - almost none of them have the makeup remover formula on it! Upon receiving the product, my first instinct is to store it flipped upside down with the hope that the liquid eventually trickles down the pads. When I get to the bottom-half of the pads, as you would assume, they are soaked with the formula. Almay, please find a way to fix this!

Otherwise, it does its job. Gentle enough for people who wear contacts and removes waterproof makeup.

amazingly fast shipping service, it's even greater 'cos it's free. Any way, back to this product, i was extremely shocked when opening the package and found "this product", at first i thought it's a sample.. ...my husband was laughing so hard at my puppy dog face when I held this product and tried to shake the hell out of it. Do not buy it, it's actually expensive when you actually have to use at least 8 pads to get the ultimate result... ...( 2 stars are still too much for this product)... Good luck every one

I really wanted these to work but was disappointed. My favorite mascara is waterproof and I have found nothing that will take it off on the first go round. The pads are small and it takes several of them to remove eye makeup. But these did nothing on my mascara even after using several pads--not even loosen the mascara as many others do. I still had to wash it off. They are probably fine for regular mascara, but I wouldn't recommend if you wear waterproof mascara.

Wow, this was a waste of $. I cannot use them. After the first night, they burned my eyelid skin!
Now, I do have sensitive skin but have never had an eye make up remover do this. It took my lids a week to recover with heavy creams and love. It looked like I was sunburned! I will never try again. I have used other gentle brands with no problem. I will go back to the Neutrogena.....

These pads work, but they are small, thin and it takes at least one per eye, sometimes two, to fully remove my makeup. Considering how little makeup I actually wear each day, using 2-4 pads each night is pretty ridiculous. Also I find without substantial rubbing, product is left behind (as evidenced by the smears I find on my face and pillow in the morning). Stick with Neutrogena's make up pads - they are large and plush. Would return these but they were so cheap it is not worth the hassle. Avoid.

I bought this for travel thinking it would be easier than my normal Neutrogena w/cotton pads. Each pad was oversaturated and the remover would get in my eye causing pain for at least 5 minutes. I was so relieved to get back home to use my normal stuff!

I've tried competitive products, store brands and other methods, but using Almay pads to remove my eye makeup and several coats of mascara is the easiest and most effective way to remove my eye makeup each night. These pads also travel well (not a liquid) and will stay usable if the top is tightly screwed on until I finish the jar, usually about 3 months.
