It can fade though and it is easy to smudge - but I'm okay with the smudge because I like to create the smoky eye look. I give it four stars because it's a little tricky to apply. I never seem to get it on straight, and it takes me several minutes to get it right. I have very blue eyes, so I don't think it necessarily makes them look "more blue, but it is a very pretty color. The metallic sheen is subtle, not the "frosty" look, which I hate. The color does look great with blue eyes and would probably work for hazel or green eyes, too. The only improvement would to make it creamier so it would apply a bit more easily. It also removes easily and as Almay claims, it does not irritate my sensitive eyes. My only issue it does not apply as smoothly as the packaging and advertising purports; otherwise, I enjoy it!
