Overall I love Almay products, but I've had quite a bit of trouble with the mascara drying out and therefore needing to be replaced sooner than normal.
I don't like the brush design because the mascara hides in the deepest recesses of the brush and my lashes can't get to it.
The result is that my lashes are much thinner looking and I need to apply a multitude of coats, taking more of my time.
If I can find the other brand I like, I usually don't get this brand of mascara.
I've kept hoping Almay addresses the problem, but this has been going on for years.

Great for everyday use. It is subtle enough for work, but gives your eyelashes enough oomph to be noticeable. Lasts all day, too. It does tend dry out in the bottle a little too quickly, but I never like to use a bottle of mascara for too long, anyway. All in all, a great product.

Should have stayed with Almay from the start. This is a great everyday mascara and never runs or flakes, even if I sleep in it.

During my last (third) deployment to Iraq, one of my few daily beauty rituals was to religiously wear mascara, despite the long work hours and punishing heat. It was my "I'm-still-a-girl" thing. I'm also a pilot (of an un-airconditioned helicopter) and have to be relatively careful about mascara, particularly if it's likely to melt in 120-degree heat and run into my eyes. I wear this mascara to work every day, here and in the desert, and it does its job well -- it looks pretty without looking too extravagent for a work environment, and it doesn't irritate my eyes if, in the most extreme situations, I would rub my eyes when the sweat kept trickling into them. I don't recall it smearing a lot, either. The worst I'd have to do is reapply it later in the day.

this product truly goes on with just one coat. No clumping!!! Easy to put on and easy to take off when you are ready to remove the mascara.

It's like applying water to my lashes. It doesn't add anything to them at all.

This mascara leaves a very natural look. It coats what you have. It doesn't create extra lashes or clump. It is not one of those amplifying, body building mascaras.

After using LOreal, Revlon and Maybelline, this is my hands down favorite mascara. No clumping and goes on smooth. Looks natural but nicely lengthens. Doesn't flake like the others Ive tried. I will definitely be buying this again!
