This mascara works well for me. It's doesn't overkill on application -- just looks natural. I have no problems with running, flaking or smudging. For the look I'm aiming for, one coat is really all it needs.

I wish I could comment on the waterproofness of this mascara, but I can't, as it did not stay on my lashes long enough to test that. This mascara was literally gone from, flaked off of, my lashes within 2 hours of application. I have never, ever worn worse mascara. Total disappointment.

Very disappointed in product. Only positive is that it doesn't irritate my eyes, but can't wear it because have to check and remove under eye smears multiple times during the day, or it looks like I have major under eye circles.

I like this mascara because it doesn't make my eyes water, but it's no where near "One Coat" more like ten to get a decent amount of lash going. It tends to wear off fast and smudge a bit if your eye cream is too oily.

I use this on an everyday basis--I've used Almay mascaras for over 10 years because they do not irritate my eyes and contacts. It is true, as other reviewers have said, that this product doesn't last into the evening, but I just re-apply--for me, not a big issue.

Drag queen mascara that won't run. I would rather use one that separates better and isn't waterproof.

I have found this mascara to be the best value on the market. I have the navy, as well, and am very satisfied.

I use this everyday. It holds up well but not all day so I remove it after I get off work in the afternoon or evening and reapply if we are going out.
