I never even try another new mascara!I have used it forever and it is the best. It is great on lower lashes as well and you can make a line under the lashes too! All the runway models in Europe use it and that's how I found it.

I have tried many many mascaras from Lancome, Dior, shiseido, Benefit, to drugstore brands, CoverGirl, maybelline, loreal, etc. I like my lashes as long, thick, and impact-fully black as possible. I've been using this mascara from Almay and loving it but my friend gave me the new dollhouse by Lancome so I used that when this tube was done. This [$] Almay Nourishing Thickening Mascara beats the $21 Lancome any day in length, in visibility, in thickness. I'm sold on Almay. The only thing to note to use this mascara successfully is that when it starts to dry out it can get a little tuff to work with but you should change mascara for health reasons every 30 days so I just add a few drops of water stir with the wand shake and let it sit over night around day 15 and I have a good consistency all the way to day 30. Also, if you aren't use to working with a thickening mascara you need to start at the root and zig zag the wand gently back and forth up the length of your lashes section by section from the outside working in and repeat until you reach the thickness and volume you desire. This is how you keep it from clumping or sticking together but get that wonderful full look. This is a great workable, buildable mascara for that va va voom lash. If I am doing a look without liner but don't want my eyes to dissapear than this is the only mascara I will use. Another bonus is it seems to be really easy on the lashes where brands like cover girl seem to break my lashes over time. Trying the Almay lengthening next just to see if it is better.

I've used lots of different mascaras, but this is the only one where I've seen a noticible change in my eyelashes. They are longer and healthier than they've ever been. The mascara is a little clumpy, but I still love it!

use it because I need hypoallergenic. It always seems to be old, even if it's not. Skimpy coverge and tends to clump....

It didn't make my sensitive eyes itch as much as other mascaras, but it flaked pretty badly.

Have used it for years. It applies quickly and it's easy to remove with Baby Oil and a couple of Kleenex. You can extend the life of the tube life by adding a few drops of tap water when it seems to be going dry.
