I've been plagued with dark spots in some form (hyperpigmentation) since I started getting acne in 5th grade. Prior to buying this product I used Dr. Wexler products, which I now went back to using. I didn't see the results that I was hoping for like clear and even looking skin. I was hoping to get the same results that I got from Dr. Wexler products with something less expensive, but I will never try that again. I ended up throwing this product away. I also did not like the tingling effect it had when you first put it on, which was somewhat painful. It does an excellent job of minimizing wrinkles and evening out my skin tone, and I have only about three age spots on my hands, even though I am most definitely middle-aged. Pros

I have been using this as my daytime wrinkle eliminator for about two weeks. I haven't noticed any remarkable difference from the exfoliating cream. My skin was tired looking, drab, and lifeless. I wanted a whole new surface to my face! This product gave it to me. A little tingly at first, I didn't experience any redness or long-term irritation. Comments about Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Anti-Wrinkle Creme, 2 oz: For years, I've used a well-formulated BHA product, which is usually considered the best choice for my type of very sensitive, oily/combination, 60-year-old acne-prone skin. I thought I was doing well, but still had clogged pores and occasional cystic breakouts. I tried Alpha Hydrox on a whim about a month ago, and I am really surprised at the visible improvement. After a few initial breakouts around mouth and chin, pores are clear, and cystic bumps and dry on top/oily underneath areas are gone. I first tried the Souffle, but the Enhanced Cream works even better. People always assume I'm at least 15 years younger, thanks to years of BHA exfoliation and faithful sunscreen use, but I'm getting even more compliments since changing to Alpha Hydrox. I'm staying with my new routine! Pros

I've been using this product for 2 weeks now. During the first week of use, my skin broke out and then started to get dry. It still peels a little when I put on foundation. That said, my pores have shrunk visibly. My blemishes have all but disappeared-the new ones and the ones there from before. My skin tone has evened out, and the fine lines around my eyes have started to disappear. I could not be more impressed. I do not want to be without this product ever again! I am planning to stock up-can't go back to the way things were. Looking 5+ yrs younger in just 2 weeks!!
