I compared it to this product and i feel that it blew it away. I will be continuing my personal research & slowly phasing out the big dog. The cost of mine is almost $60. I am very pleaaed with this12% souffle' . I can actually feel it working. It stings at first but it mellows out. I use a retinol, low dose on my face once a week at night. And use this on all the other nights to speed the work of the retinol. And i also use it for day use and then an spf 30. Im very pleased and am telling my clients about it. I do facials, but im not going to rip off my customers. I like products that work quickly with overnight results. I got carded the other day buying wine! I bellieve in aging gracefully and slowing it down with attention, proper home skin care. I dont use botox, or any other injection type manipulations, lasers or surgeries. The studies iv read are basic, and still are effective today. Use A's when u can at night, use aha's 2x a day, use some form of vitamin C daily, and spf daily. I also like to use and try different eye creams & night creams to mix it up, that contain Ester C, DMAE & alpha lipoic ingredients, for firming, toning, & reversing damage, etc. VS Most Liked Negative Review worth the money I've been using this product for over 2 weeks, so I think it's a bit early to see any major difference. I do, however, notice my skin is smoother and the pores do seem smaller, so considering the short amount of time, it's given me noticable results. I don't have any significant wrinkles other than maybe between the eyes on the nose bridge from scrunching my face too much as a youngster. I bought this in hopes of helping fade some acne marks and hyperpigmentation and I've tried numerous products with no results. I can't say I see much difference with that yet but I'm still hopeful. It does sting a bit, but I've not had any drying or peeling whatsoever. I think my skin is just used to using stronger products. A lot of products that say will cause peeling I never seemed to have that happen, which I wish would since that's how the skin exfoliates. One word of caution, don't use this product after you use hair remover, it will burn you skin and leave red marks. It healed quickly but probably wasn't a smart thing to do. Comments about Alpha Hydrox AHA Souffle 12% Glycolic AHA, 1.6 oz: I'm on my second pot of this souffle, and hopefully it's doing what it's supposed to do. I'm pretty young, and want my skin to stay this way as long as possible, so I'm basically using this as a preventative measure instead of turning back the clock. I read recently that oily/combination skin should really use BHA, and dry skin benefits more from AHA, so I might switch after the one I'm using now is gone and see if my pores clean up more. Over all, my skin looks pretty good, but I have no idea if that's due to this souffle or the other things in my routine. I use this in the morning and retinol at night, and although I don't have sensitive skin, it never irritates and feels good on. Non-greasy, absorbs well, over all satisfied with the product!

Can be a little drying if not used in combination with a moisturizer - I apply AHA first and then an SPF moisturizer on top. Use daily. A little goes a long, long way! Well worth the price tag. Highly recommend.

Even laugh lines and the furrow between my eyes looked more relaxed. As a 50+ year old, I believe you will get superior results especially when using on a regular nightly basis.
