I have used so many products to address the dry, cracked heels and calluses that I have been prone to my whole life. Nothing gave me results. This cream actually helps to cure the problem and I finally have heels that are not cracked and sore! I often use it in the morning, but definitely before bed. If you just want a moisturizer, I don't know if this is your product, but if you want to heal your severely dry, cracked skin, this is the product.

I love ALL Alpha Hydrox products & have been using them for years. This is "foot" cream, but I use it everywhere. A bit heavier than the 10% lotion I use for daytime, but this is great for overnite, deep moisturizing. Go easy on AH's until you adjust, at 12% this will sting a bit. Try waiting a while after washing before application. I have used these products for 20+ years(& stay out of the AZ sun) & people honestly say I look 10-15 years younger that my actual age.

I have extremely dry skin & my heels crack & bleed whenever they dry out the slightest. This has been a life-long problem. I have now been using this for 3 weeks, and the change in my heels & feet is remarkable. My manicurist will be amazed! I have started to try on the other dry, extremely flaky parts of my skin, especially my legs & upper arms. This is truly an amazing product.

I am still looking for the best foot cream and this definitely isn't it! It makes my feet feel even dryer after it's been on for awhile. I didn't even give my unused portion to a friend, just threw it away.

I fell in love with glycolic acid years ago. It really helps to clean and clear huge pores. It breaks up the surface layers of dead skin that can block pores so they can be washed away. Regular use of glycolic acid can and will keep your skin clear.

Its also very good for helping remove the dead skin anywhere on your body. Like this product is marketed for, your feet. Nightly use of this on your feet, and they will be soft as a babies.
I tend to go barefoot all summer and that can be really rough on the skin. This cream keeps my feet soft.

If you are prone to breakouts or ingrown hairs where tighter clothes fit, regular use of glycolic acid really helps to put a stop to that.

Alpha hydrox gives you the 'best bang' for your buck in the glycolic acid line, as well as moisturizing the skin very well also.

I use this all over my body, as well as face. Its a better bargain than buying the lotions. It only takes a small amount to do the job, and it does it very very well!

I've been using Alpha Hydrox products for over a year and let me tell you how my skin changed dramatically. I used this one for my feet, all the funky, hard stuff that was on my heels is all gone and my feet are super soft. I also use it on me and my kids' knees and elbows.
