It's been hard to find OTC in my area going on a decade now, which accounts for the usually short "off" time in between uses, so I have to order it. That's a bit of a pain but well worth the effort. I started using this twice a day along with the oil free lotion in the morning and cream at night. After a week and a half my face started to develop a red bumpy rash all over my forehead and cheeks. I am not sure if it is the cleanser of the lotions but it is drying out my skin and causing an ugly irratation on my skin. I am now going to use it every other day with my cetaphil cream and cleanser and see if the red bumpy rash clears up. Comments about Alpha Hydrox Foaming Face Wash, 6 fl oz: I am giving this product a fairly high rating, but only because of its moderate to low price tag. I have learned that because a cleanser is on the skin for such a short time, one can expect the same results from almost any facial cleanser. Saving on cleansers that are only on the skin a minute or so will perhaps afford you to be able to use a more expensive line of serums and creams.
