I must have spent a fortune over the years trying to soften up my dry and cracked heels. I've never found any product that really worked except to cover up the dryness. I would always end up filing all the dry skin off and within a week it was all back. I tried this Alpha Hydrox and am amazed how soft my heels feel. I've been using it nightly for about 2 weeks and I haven't had to file my heels since. My skin started to feel softer right away! I will be buying more when this runs out. Definitely worth it. Now what should I do with all the other useless products?!

This is the only cream that gets rid of my dry winter skin. I use it on my legs, elbows, and the heels of my feet. Within a week, my skin is back to being soft. Be careful not to use right after shaving your legs, because it can sting if you have any nicks.

Like this stuff a lot! I used it for 2 weeks straight before I went to bed, and my hands looked 10 years younger. Only problem is, it feels sticky on hands at first after about 15-20 minutes you don't feel it anymore--maybe because I fell asleep by then. :-)

I even tried using it during the day, but hate it--cause of that sticky feel. And it felt drying.

Due to constant hand washing I develope cracks on pads of fingers and in rubbing into feet for three days all cracks on my fingers are GONE! Feet may need a few more days. Love it and ordering more for this duel purpose :)

Tried on 1 foot for 1 week and nothing on the other foot to compare. No difference between feet after 1 week. I have dry, easily cracking heels, and this product had no effect. Better off just using regular moisturizing lotion. Waste of money.

This has been the most effective foot cream that I've ever used. After a week of using this, my gnarly, neglected feet were left so smooth! I love that the cream isn't greasy and absorbs quickly. Once I get into the "routine" with this product, I only have to use it once a week.
The downside is the small tube and that the product doesn't moisturize. It exfoliates. I have to use a moisturizing cream every other day. I'm not complaining because the product does exactly what it says it does.

It cleared up very rough almost rash like skin patches I've had on my forearms for a couple years -within 3-4 applications - and left the skin perfectly smooth - pretty impressive since quite some number of other lotions/cremes or exfoliators I tried had NOT worked at all to solve problem.
It also exfoliated and softened the skin on my knees that was thickened and dry. I'd like to use it all over, the tube amount is not to apply all over the body even once. Which is why I rated 4 stars not 5. Still for small area use and specific roughness it's great.

I've ordered several times now from Drugstore.com. Customer service by e-mail was very responsive when I couldn't figure how to get a particular discount. They promptly e-mail confirmation of order and when shipped. The orders arrived within a couple to several days and were complete and very well packaged. I'll be doing business with Drugstore.com for a long time to come if they maintain this standard of service.
