I was disappointed. First of all, they adhesive is insufficient, and present only on the sides. The worst thing is that the pad totally bunches up in the middle, making he sides of your undies extremely prone to staining. I cannot comment on absorbency because i couldnt wear the pad long enough to judge how absorbent it was. all in all i'm disappointed.
To use: Remove Pad from disposable wrapper, apply pad to underwear. To dispose: Remove Pad from underwear, wrap in disposable wrapper, and throw in trash. Do not throw out Pad in toilet.
