I was always a tampon kinda girl. I have a very heavy flow so pads were just an annoyance. After I had my son, i had no choice and had to use pads for nearly 2 months. These were the only ones I used. I will NEVER go back to tampons. I had my son in June so went through all the summer months wearing these. I would forget I even had on one sometimes!!! They are so comfortable, breathable, and absorbent. After you have a baby the flow is crazy, atleast for me it was. I never had an issue. 8 months post partum and I still use these. I NEVER liked pads. EVER but these are perfec!!!!

This is a great overnite pad. It is made of very thin foam that draws liquid to bottom of pad, thus, keeping you drier. It is very long to prevent leaks.

I bought these pads thinking i had finally found a thin, super absorbent pad. The first day i used it i bled off the front and ruined my pants. It happened 2 more times after that and the pad wasnt even saturated. The front is too narrow. I even turned it around backwards and the samething happened again. Wont be buying these pads again.

Quick Take:
A very thin, but efficient pad that I can wear with my skin tight sweat pants. Nice.

Usage Tips:
When placing the flaps, try not to stick them on top of one another. This happens when I wear my hanky panky thongs. Pad and thong? Uh okay. They're comfortable okay?! And like I said, skin tight sweat pants. Anyway, if the flaps fold over and stick to each other, it's very very difficult to pull them apart when you're removing it. So difficult in fact, that I usually end up ripping the pad part because the flaps are so tight together (pulling makes it worse). So that's my advice on usage.

The Verdict:
This is definitely the pad I love the most. No one else makes pads this thin, that can hold this much fluid. Buy it.

Overall, I give this a 4 out of 5.
Just because after a few days of using it, my area gets sensitive down there and I think it could be prevented if the pad had a little more breathability, especially because I have to deal with 100 degree weather. No leaks EVER anymore though, and really thin, so it doesn't feel like you're wearing a diaper. Impartial to the smell. It's not bad, but I'm not super fond about it either. Neutral. Definitely better overall buy than competitor products though.

These are hands down the best most absorbant pads I've ever used! I wouldn't use any other pad.

Until I find a natural product that will do what these do, I will continue to use these--they absorb like CRAZY and are very thin and comfortable.
I have a very sensitive nose and I do smell the slight funny plastic scent on these as some have mentioned--but it is very slight & a small price to pay for the absorbency you get~ imho.
My only complaint would be that the "Wings" be re-designed~ they are kind of 'wierd' BUT--I have not found a pad that doesn't have wierd Wings -LOL

Best Pad Ever!!! I have been using these since they first came on the market and they are beyond amazing. The lightest, most comfortable pad available and they absorb an insane amount. The 1st time I used I was amazed when I looked at the back of the pad to see just how much was absorbed. I am on blood thinners and have always had heavy heavy periods. After having a baby last year, I tried the hospital pads & sent my husband out to get these. I was also on dialysis for a year after giving birth & these were great - I could sit in a chair for 3+ hours for treatment & not fear standing up afterwards. I will never switch - these are the best!

I normally don't use pads, but after giving birth to my baby I didn't have a choice. I picked these up and I am so glad that I did. They were incredibly comfortable, and I didn't experience any leaks at all...even at night. I recommended these to a friend that recently had a baby and she used them too. They are a little more expensive than the regular Always pads, but totally worth it!!
