You can trust this product to do its job. It's a difficult subject but one every woman can understand. These pads really do allow you to feel secure and carry on during the heavy flow days. Even at times in our life when our flow is unpredicably heavy, you are covered. The wings actually stay in place but are also easily removed when you want to remove them! I didn't know what pads to buy and the only person I had to ask was my grandmother. I didn't feel right asking her, so I took it upon myself to find the perfect pad. First I tried Kotex; they were good but not good enough. Then I tried Stay-Free; I didn't like these either. Last I tried ALWAYS, and I was very pleased with the protection. The pads weren't too thick and that was a plus for me. They weren't to thin either. I used Always Ultra Thin with Flexi-Wings day and night. I never had any problems with them and always felt comfortable. I stopped going to the restroom after every class to check for leaks, and I no longer tie jackets around my waist or wear long shorts for just-in-case. Comments about Always Maxi Pads, Overnight Protection with Flexi-Wings, 28 ea: I had a really bad chest cold that caused me to cough incessantly and I used these pads at work because of the protection needed when I could not run to bathroom immediately. I work OB and babies just don't wait! This product worked very well...just as well as the inhaler did to help with the cough! That says a lot!
