I've tried cheaper brands but nothing ever exceeds the high standards of Always with dri-weave. The adhesive is great - no bunching! I marvel at how soft and absorbent they are while being so comfortably thin (no diaper effect)! The dimensions are 7"L x 2-3/8" W (narrowest point) x 3" W (widest point). I alternate between these and the regular size (Longs are 1" longer and ½" wider than Regular). Now I barely spot for a couple days. All I really need is a little panty liner. I just like these because they are thin, but don't bunch up, maybe because of the long length. They aren't powdery or irritating in any way, and I am a sensitive girl. I buy the double box and it lasts me forever and I used to spend a fortune every month on feminine products so the costs isn't much compared to that. Pros
