I also bought the original flavor and I love them both. I mix them with protein powder and milk and sometimes a liquid glucosamine supplement for a quick breakfast. Tastes great and I have lots of energy!

I mix two scoops of this product with 1 scoop powder protein, with water and ice,... no blender~I use a shaker cup/bottle-
(i use just a plastic sport refillable drink container, add some water to the bottle first, so the powder doesn't stick to the bottom, then your powder mix, then more water and few cubes of ice, shake for 30 sec~ enjoy! no need to purchase a fancy $10 vita shaker, the ice is the blender!) ,
the berry flavor is compatible with most any flavor shake. It's a great meal or snack on the go. Sometimes I mix a shake for an afternoon pick me up instead of reaching for coffee or sugary snacks.
This product alone, blended with water and ice tends to be a bit prickly in the throat. (some of the particles are stiff like dried herbs, and settles back into the bottom of the shaker cup) but when mixed with a thicker consistency liquid, it is great! I haven't tried it in cooking yet, but have seen it in baking recipes.

I am a life long vegetarian. I greatly benefit from this powder. I take it every day just as a quick shot chased by OJ. It gives me more energy and makes me feel really good. I recommend this specific brand and kind because the taste is better than other brands and it seems like this is a higher and more pure quality of grass. Wonderful product.
