I started using this regularly for a week once every morning and noticed a great boost of energy in the afternoon time when I would normally be sluggish and groggy.
Since I am one who doesn't get as many fruits and vegetables as one should I felt great knowing I was adding more nutrient-rich food into my body.
The taste is kind of grassy-- well they don't call it Amazing GRASS for nothing-- however I have found it is best when you do NOT add it to just plain water. I normally make a tropical frozen fruit smoothie with it which offsets the flavor.
My favorite recipe is brewing a green tea and letting it sit overnight to cool, then using it as a base for a smoothie. I put in the green tea into the blender, add frozen mangoes, strawberries, pineapple, a good squeeze of honey and some raw sugar to taste. Blend that up and it is best drank with a smile. :)

When I get up in the morning, first I drink water, and then my first stage of breakfast is Amazing Super Greenfood with fruit juice. After that, on to grains. I used to have to take Librax for stomach problems...no more. This product has the right combination of ingredients for me, and simply won't do without it!

I have been using this product for a while. It gives me a great energy boost in the morning and seems to help me with focus, something I have struggled with all my life. The taste takes some getting used to, but once you do you actually start to enjoy the taste.
