Kidz Gone Bananas

• 1 Scoop Amazing Grass Kidz SuperFood
  (ore more if you want to feel really amazing!)
• 1 cup frozen banana slices (or 1 fresh banana and 1/2 cup ice)*
• 1 cup soy milk, rice milk or dairy milk

Put in blender and blend on medium for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Serves 1-2
