I don't know if Wheat Grass actually does do anything---or if I'm wasting my money. But that is no reflection of this brand--just felt I had to throw that out there...
Amazing Grass has great reviews, is sold in high-end health food stores and seems to have a quality company ethos.
I take 5 a day---in the morning with water before I eat. They are a "larger dose" so you can take fewer pills. They do seem to aid with digestion and constipation. I take a tbsp. of Noni Juice, too. This combo=SUPER DUPER natural constipation aid!!!
Ideally, capsules would be nicer since you have to take so many and these are slightly rough going down (and not the tiniest pills, either!)

I'm not a lover of the wheat grass juice. But, I do love the results I get from wheat grass. These pills are a great alternative for people like me. Granted you have to take 5 at a time. But, I have no problem swallowing them. A friend tells me she swallows them in 2 batches--whatever it takes. I will buy these again and recommend them to anyone who's not into the juice.
Suggested Use: Take 5 tablets with water or juice. Consume first thing in the morning to jump-start your day! We recommend 1-3 or more servings daily. Remember, these tablets are a natural whole food, not a fractionated vitamin.
