This stuff is awful! It intensified every menopause symptom I have. It made me emotional, extremely irritable, I had horrible night sweats, and my hotflashes increased not only the amount of them I had, but the intensity of them. I had such horrible hotflashes they made me feel ill. Within a day of not taking it I felt much better. My girlfriend tried it and she said she had the same side effects that I did. Do not use this product!!!!!
