Relief within ONE MINUTE; honest!!! The package is small and the tube is made of heavy-duty metal, which does not "squeeze" well, but the product is excellent.

Americaine is a very poor product, it did nothing to ease the pain, i have found that Tronolane and gold bond medicated powders the name brand is the best relief for hemorrhoids or fissures, also the herb butcher's broom works very well, but this stuff is a WAST of MONEY

H brand never worked for me. I ordered every option DS.com had. This one worked best. My second option would be Tucks ointment.

This is the best topical anesthetic I have found for the genital and perianal area. It is alarming that it has been taken off the shelves of the major chain pharmacies. Thank goodness for Drugstore.com.

This is the 3rd such product that I have tried and this is the only one that has had no effect whatsoever. It's like using extrememly expensive petroleum jelly.

KC Medical Center turned me on to this product after the birth of my first baby, as a compress to my stitches and for hemorrhoid relief. This is the ONLY product on the market that truly reduces the raw pain, swelling and irritation of hemorrhoids. Use it as a compress on Tucks medicated pads. Relief is instantaneous! The only down-side to this product is that it is hard to find. Thank goodness for Drugstore.com!
