Comments about Americaine Hemorrhoidal Ointment, Maximum Strength, 1 oz: KC Medical Center turned me on to this product after the birth of my first baby, as a compress to my stitches and for hemorrhoid relief. This is the ONLY product on the market that truly reduces the raw pain, swelling and irritation of hemorrhoids. Use it as a compress on Tucks medicated pads. Relief is instantaneous! The only down-side to this product is that it is hard to find. Thank goodness for Drugstore.com!
