It is too sticky. It feels like lard. The odor is not great, but not that bad neither. The only problem I find is that its too sticky.

I frankly like the smell. Holds great, nice shine. Only negative is shine goes away in a few hours. Learned to wet and recomb.

Smells horrible. Not good for thick/wavy hair. I'm sticking to American Crew Fiber instead. Much better scent and hold for my type of hair.

This would be 5 stars if it weren't for the smell. My husband loves this product and hasn't found anything that works as well. But I HATE the smell! I wish American Crew would change the scent!

I use Grooming Creme regularly, but honestly, the smell is terrible - a total turn-off. You have to spray cologne into your hair to mask the odor. American Crew really should do something to eliminate, or at least mask, the smell.

Shiny, good hold. Smells awful, and is extremely greasy.
