This works great underneath your normal shave cream. I would not recommend using alone. Has a nice earthy smell to it. Leaves face unbelievably smooth. I even got my father using it now too.. He was a non believer at first, but now swears by it. Does not dry out skin, and I have noticed less irritation than just shaving with my normal shave cream.

I use to buy all the expensive shave products from high shaving companies. Then, about 3 years ago I happened to be working on something where American Crew had a presence. And at the end of the job I asked their product specialist about their shave line. She ended up giving me the entire line for free, and I have been using and buying their shave stuff ever since. Its simply the best shave I've ever had. And I just don't shave my face I shave my head as well. I've had little to no irritation when shaving since using this line, where as the more expensive shave specific companies would still leave my face and head feeling raw.I highly recommend AC shave products..[...]
