This was great! I was afraid it would have a horrible aftertaste, but it wasn't like milk of magnesium, so I was happy. I started noticing my digestive system get back on track after about a day, and that's what I needed. I don't really like pills, so this will be my go to from now on!

This is the first time I have used this probiotic. I struggle with yeast infections and taking this I can tell that it's working. I have been taking it for about a half a month. I have tried other probiotics but this one seems to survive my stomach acid. If I feel like I have ate something greasey or bad for my digestive system I take two after and it works great for a littel boost. The taste is great and I like it more then swallowing pills.

I've been taking this for 2 days now, and I don't know if its just in my head or what, but it seems to work for me! It tastes good and is easy enought to take...so far so good. I'll keep using it as long as it keeps me regular!

These are good to take when you're having any digestive issues or just for preventative maintanence. I keep a bottle in the fridge and take when needed.

I used to use Activia yogurt 3 times a week for my digestive tract problems. I started taking this product as an alternative because I liked the tablet form as opposed to the yogurt which needs refrigeration. I was concerned that when I have to travel the yogurt form would be a problem. I found this product works just as well and is very portable. Currently I take one tablet twice per day and have no digestive problems at all. I may eventually reduce my intake to one tablet per day to see how that works. This is significantly cheaper than the yogurt style products.
