Comments about Andis Micro Turbo Dryer Dual Voltage, 1 ea:

I am Caucasian, in my 60s, with colored dark blonde, naturally straight-ish hair of normal thickness. I much prefer this dryer over the newer "ion" versions which I find make my hair flat. I like my hair as full and fluffy as I can get it (it's just my preference, you understand) and this dryer gives me that (I flip my hair over my head), increasing the volume by double or more. (Men would probably prefer the low blower setting.) I even recommend it to those who use ion curlers (I believe the only kind you can buy now) because at least you have lifted the roots of the hair before proceeding then to effectively pull it down to create curls farther down the hair shaft. It also eliminates having to haul out my big hard bonnet. I use it until my hair is about 75% dry, roll it, and then use the hand-held again for 5-10 minutes. By the time I put makeup on and get dressed (have coffee, etc.), my hair is dry.
