I used hot tap water and followed directions but it is not something I would again buy.

Get a bucket/pan to soak your feet, and I would suggest and extra towel for the floor and another to use later to wipe our feet. I would also suggest that you check the temp of the water before adding the powder as the nice feature is that this holds in the heat however if ou have your water to cold you will dilute or too hot and you will need to wait. Get a straw or chopstick for stiring.

Wait the three minutes for the gelling to start and have an extra amount of water on the side to rinse the gel a bit when your done.

Your feet will love this.

Fill a large basin with warm water. Add Soothing Jelly Soak and wait for about 3 minutes until water gels. Immerse feet for 10-15 minutes; relax and enjoy.
