I started using this product after trying a sample over 6 months ago. I tend to have blemished prone skin, not necessarily acne pimples, but pink irritated blemishes from having sensitive skin. This face wash cleared up my skin tone. I tend to have combination skin with it being more dry in the winter here in Chicago and an oily T-zone in the hot humid summers. This product works great throughout every season. I only need a drop for each use. It has a nice clear gel texture that lightly suds' up. I use it all over my face and to remove my eye makeup, it works great and does not irritate my skin, or eyes. I like the fact that when I use toner afterwards, the cotton ball is clean after swiping my face after use of this face wash. I highly recommend this facial cleanser and the entire line for everyone, with or without sensitive skin.
