I like this soup. I rated the Vietnamese Pho with a rating of 3, and I remember this tasting a bit better, so I am rating it a 4. I know someone said that they did not like the peanut sauce; I agree. The peanut sauce was okay, but when using less, it tastes good. Also, if you have not had Annie Chun's, you will need to get used to the taste of the noodles. Once you have done that, you can appreciate this brand's meals. This is good for a fast meal. You can become very full off of one (I suppose depending on the person, but for me, this is filling).

i thought this tasted just like chicken soup, with an asian flavor, of course. i wanted to eat two bowls; it wasn't very filling for a dinner. I also really like that the bowl biodegrades over time in the landfill.

Microwave cooking directions:

Place noodles in bowl and pour a cup of hot water over noodles to soften and loosen.
Using lid, drain water from noodles
Add soup base and toppings to noodles then add 1 to 1 1/4 cups of water.
Cover loosely with lid and microwave on high for 90 seconds, until noodles are hot. (Caution! Bowl will be hot after microwaving)

No microwave? Add 1 to 1 1/4 cup of boiling water to soup base, toppings and noodles. Cover with lid and let stand for 2 minutes.

Easy ways to create an even more flavorful soup:

Add chopped cilantro for some zing.
Mix in diced tofu for more protein
Stir in cooked shrimp or chicken for a more filling meal
