5 stars for taste, 4 stars only because the pasta is not whole wheat. I was introduced to this about 5 years ago and still love it, as does my husband. Many other brands seems to be adding more and more "unnecessaries" to their mac and cheese (MSG, vitamins and minerals which I get in my supplement, this and that...) and the flavor of most of their varieties is bland compared to Annie's. Love that it's a natural product with a few simple ingredients and great taste.

I bought this as an extra purchase to meet my shipping minimum to receive free shipping. I like organic foods because of the health benefits and I am also a vegetarian so meat free products, to me, are always a plus. I found this to be easy to fix and if you like a really light flavor, then this product is for you. However, do not expect it to be Kraft Mac & Cheese quality in its flavor strength.
Personally, I found the flavor a bit too light and I'll admit it could be my "cooking" of it, so I give this 3 stars instead of more. Two for the organic-ness of it and one more for ease of making it, but for flavor or repeat purchase, I withhold stars.
