After reading reviews on-line I wanted to try an Acai Cleanse and this one was available at the local Mega Store. I tried it and lost 12 lbs. in 8 days. Admittedly, I had a lot of weight I wanted to lose after two kids and a lack of regular physical activity, but this one really did what I expected it to do. I recommended it to my sister and she had similar results but couldn't deal with the gas and loose stools b/c of her work schedule. I am starting this one again after about 6 months and expecting similar results. Good Luck. Not a miracle, but effective. VS Most Liked Negative Review I was not impressed. Per following the directions, it did offer a more soothed and relaxed way of releasing that unncesscary waste that lingered on and made me feel sluggish. I was able to maintain my energy level and release that excessive waste without feeling the mumbles and grumbles of other products that took away my energy. I am "pleasantly pleased" with this product.

I lost 7 pounds in a week combined with exercise and eating healthy. I noticed after using this product that my periods stopped! It even warns that it may cause reproductive issues and I didn't notice before I took it. It took forever to get my periods back. (I want to note that I always had regular cycles and am a very healthy young woman!). If you do not care about reproductive issues then you should try it. If you do please remember to drink lots of water, exercise and eat healthy while taking any diet suppliments. Pros
