For anyone looking for that "quick diet fix," this is NOT the answer. However, its a great dietary supplement for those looking for a reasonable aid to losing weight. It does help the weight come off a bit faster than with just diet and exercise, and it has also kept weight coming off even if I'm not exercising for a time, or not eating as well... just not as quickly as when I am doing all of the above. I do highly recommend this product for someone looking for a product to help them lose the weight naturally, through diet and exercise, but not for someone who just wants to take a pill to lose weight! I've lost about 30 lbs in the past 3 months using a combination of better diet, some light exercise, and this product.

I began using this product in November and absolutely love it! I have lost appox 30 pounds and still going strong. My goal is 50 pounds gone by June 1st. Obviously I am exercising and watching what I eat but this product helps me maintain my weight loss and has given me the motivation to keep going!

I have been using this proudct for some time and I have found that it not only helps me to lose weight, it has been wonderful to help me maintain what I have lost. I use it inthe morning and at evening and it has worked for me better than anything else I have used.

It's not a miracle drug, but it works well for me. (2 pills twice a day). I think that it boosts my metabolism and provides extra help (in addition to exercise and diet) for my weight loss/ weight management. I like that it's a more mild "weight loss" pill. I didn't have any weird side-effects. And the caffeine / ingredients aren't too strong for me.

I have been using this product for several years. I take two capsules per day, in conjunction with other supplements, to create a thermogenic effect. I can definitely tell when the capsules take effect, and I have been very successful at muscle building and weight loss while using this product. I like that it has no taste or aftertaste, and that it comes in a liquid form for faster absorption.I think that drugstore.com has a good price on this item,[...], which makes it worthwhile.

It boosted my energy, but I got horrible migraines from taking it. When I stopped, the migraines stopped. My vision was horribly distorted with it, too. Sad that it didn't work for me. I'll be returning my bottle.

I've lost weight and it came off pretty quickly. HOWEVER, before you click to buy this product, I used this product in combination with running thrice per week 30 minutes at a time and substantially switching over to a heavily vegetarian diet. This product definitely gets you going though...and in comparison to some other (energy) pills, one doesn't get nauseous or jittery. It's a nice, comfortable boost in vitality.

(Adult) As an addition to your reduced calorie diet and exercise, take two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning and one (1) or two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels in the afternoon with meals with a full glass of water. If caffeine keeps you up at night do not take this product in the evening since it contains natural caffeine.
For best results we recommend limiting the consumption of additional caffeine while using this product (e.g. maximum three 8 ounce cups of coffee per day).
