This product said to take up to 4 tablets. I took one and when it hit, I felt like I was in a sauna and my heart rate went up. It did not work on the part it was supposed to Was unable to get any rest due to nervousness for a day. Don't know what it would have been like if I had taken all 4 at once.

I purchased this supplement because it was the only source of Yohimbe available at my local pharmacy and yohimbe is a really good part of my weightlifting regimen. I'm basically healthy 40 year old male with average drive, regular runner and lifter. I was rather surprised about the intensity of the effect, especially in the 'recharge' department. whew. Very important to follow instructions carefully and take on empty stomach. It is NOT the same as viagra/cialis and similar prescription drugs but is a real neat boost to a basically healthy guy.

I've been taking this product for a while. In my opinion, it helps with harder erections and a little bit with recovery time. I don't get the headache or high-blood-pressure feeling that I get with other Yohimbe products (it contains less Yohimbe, more other ingredients). I have been satisfied.

I am very satisfied with this product. I did not
notice much more desire, so much as I did extra-hard erections. Works better than 20mg Cialis for me.
