I figured I would give this product a try since it was cheap compared to what's out there and I have to say I was suprised that it really worked. I'm a small person and was only looking to lose a few pounds, hoping to go from 115 to 110. A while back I had went from 115 to 112 in about 3 to 4 weeks, but since gained the weight back. This time I went on my previous diet and exercise routine, but added in these pills. I ended up losing 5 pounds in 2 weeks even while usually only taking 2 a day instead of the recommended 3 to 4. The negatives I found with this pill, even the days I took the recommended amount, I never really had any extra energy. They did help supress appetite to an extent, but mostly it came from gradually getting used to eating less. Also, though it didn't bother me at all, if you can't do large pills I would say to probably stat away from these.
The key is diet, exercise, and lots of water and with those these pills are a great aid to get a boost in your weight loss.

I have been taking this for a week and the pills are huge. The instruction indicates to capsules twice a day. I tried taking two a day and it made me feel very light headed. Feel like I'm tipping over when I'm standing. My eyes are watery and my body temperature feels warm. I experience headaches after taking it.
I reduce my intake to 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the afternoon and some of the side effects had been reduced. I don't feel light headed but do still experience headaches.
It does helped me curb my appetite and i feel a slight increase in energy.
Another note to consider: Increased frequency to the bathroom.

I just actually started this so like i'd say i am on day 3 now , I was surprised the size of the pill ! i am not good at swolling pills but i just took mind over matter and been taking them these 3 days .. i mainly just started past 2 days taking in the mid-morning , I did see alot of reviews about this thats why I looked it up and wanted to see was it worth to take and pretty pleased with the results all though I do not have good or bad results yet, I will update about in 2 weeks. I can say though i did see 2 people complaing of headache and feels as if they are tipping over but are standing still , i do feel that at times also i thought the tipping feeling was my vertigo ( which is a diagnosis of feeling unbalanced on ground level, but it is not as bad the headache I do get slight headaches not severe or I would stop , everyone's body is different so possibly my body get immune to it cause i just started. I could not check refer to a friend cause I can not refer if I am unsure of this product I hope for the best , i do feel less hungry .. I am gone to take one in morning one in afternoon as I seen someone said they started doing experiencing headaches also. I do work out and do not eat bad.. treat myself one inwhile .. well i hope it works , we'll see!

I've only been taking this supplement for just over a week. I only take two (2) capsules in the morning because it gives me a burst of energy (without crashing after). I did notice that I do use the bathroom more, but it has also lead me to drink more water, to keep hydrated. If I don't, My lips and hands start to feel dry.

I just started using this product about 5 days ago, so far so good I have notice the curb in appetite effect. I take one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon. You need to make sure to follow the directions and drink plenty of water. One of the cons is the pills are huge, and that is not an over statement I was shocked when I saw them. After slow weight loss with diet and exercise I decided to take this fat burner, based on reviews I read. I am so happy I did as this was the boost I needed to help get off the last 20 pounds I have to lose. The pills were huge. I had to return them because I had a hard time swallowing them. I tried cutting them, but the liquid inside caused such a mess. So, never again for me.
