Even after years of working nights, the hubby has trouble sleeping during the day, especially in summer, even with blackout drapes. He's on the second bottle of Rapid Sleep PM and it still works like a charm. One capsule taken a couple of hours before he goes to bed lets him get a solid 7 to 8 hours with no grogginess , and he goes back to sleep quickly if he needs to get up for the bathroom. Lost my husband after 56 years marriage and have had a hard time sleeping. This seems to calm me somehow and other than a mid-evening visit to the toilet, I sleep soundly, comfortable and deeply. Even seemed to help with the "night sweats" I am still having post-menopause. Take two at night with a little milk and am asleep before the news is over.. oh well, Leno will be gone soon anyway!

I've tried several sleep aids and Rapid Sleep works quickly with no grogy after affects. and I slept through the night. I only take one capsule and it works as well as 2 for me.I couldn't find it in my local pharmacy lately so I had to find it on line, price the same[...] I would definetely go out of my way to find this product.

This product works good for me. I have trouble falling asleep and if I don't take these I'll be awake for hours. Just taking one helps if I'm more tired then usual. The pills are a bit larger (think vitamin size), but are very easy to swallow. No taste or after-taste. I buy this regularly because it does work for me.
