I almost didn't buy this because of the most recent negative reviews~ I have the same chronic dry skin those reviewers spoke of so I was skeptical about it working for me also.
I am a recent "finder" of Urea and have been very impressed with how a 30% Urea cream I bought was working on my feet--but I didn't want to use that high a % on my body, so this 10% cream seemed ideal...I was not disapointed! It works GREAT!

It is semi-watery and I was initially thinking "man, I should have listened to those reviews!!"
***BUT*** the look and feel of it are mis-leading (in a GOOD way) it still got the job done and did it extremely WELL imo. It has been fantastic on my uber dry skin--after it got rid of the super dry layer on the top, I haven't found anything that is able to retain moisture on my skin like this lotion. I always thought I needed a heavy, thick cream or butter to moisturize my skin, but I've likely been weighing my skin down with those types of creams and in the process making it more dry by feeding and moisturizing only the top dead layer (go figure)!
Give this time to work~ with a Urea product, if your skin seems dry shortly after using it, it is because the Urea is actually REMOVING dry, dead layers of skin. This will appear to you like the lotion did nothing and make you think that this lotion is not working, when it actually IS!! You've got to exfoliate the junk on top to get to the layer that needs to be moisturized, so give this time to work! ☺

I was excited to receive this product after reading all the positive comments. But it's not for me, as i have very dry skin from my birth. The cream is too watery. My skin dries few minutes after the application.

Very thin, does not seem to moisturize very well. Not at all impressed for the price. I would never buy this again.

Raves from me on this product. I was very skeptical in the beginning because I have like chronic dry skin and tons of half-used bottles of lotions, oils and cremes in my linen closet that I can now happily recycle. This is the only one I need!

My dermatologist recommended Aqua Care Lotion many years ago for dry skin. Bath oils hadn't done much to relieve stinging/itching from dry skin and he said not to use oils.

His instructions for applying Aqua Care work wonderfully for me... put on while still wet from shower/bath (spreads easily while wet) and then air dry... don't use a towel.

I love it and have recommended to friends and family ever since.

I have poor skin on my shins of both legs due to blood stasis and poor veins. This keeps the skin from cracking and the urea adds an extra benefit for healing. I had been using Carmol 10 by Doaks. The price on this similar product with 10% urea is a BIG savings.

A dermatologist put me on Aqual Care for my extemely dry skin many years ago. Because of the Urea it contains, it puts moisture back into my skin. I have never used another products because this has always worked for me. I do not intend to change.

Only product that clears up eczema on my hands - have also used as facial moisturizer w/o any breakouts or irritation - used to get by prescription for at least $10 - this is the only place I have found it OTC - co-worker loves this also - we buy 4 bottles at a time
