I started using this toothpaste close to one year ago. Since then I've had two routine dental cleanings and have had the best checkkups ever. No cavities, controls my chronic lifelong gum inflammations. One spot of tooth enamel that was softening hardened up nicely. Both my dentist and periodontist think I'm doing a better job with my teeth but the only part of my routine that changed is switching to this toothpaste. It tastes good, too, and leaves my mouth tasting fresh and teeth feeling clean without being harsh or abrasive. It's a definite keeper.
Adults and children 2 years and older: Apply toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush thoroughly after meals or at least twice a day or use as directed by a dentist or physician. To minimize swallowing for children under 6, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing until good habits are established. Children under 2 years ask a dentist or physician. Store below 30° C (86° F).
