Not a heavy strain on your neck muscles like regular towels, yet it speed-dries your hair gently, so if you have a wash-and-go hairstyle, you're on your way twice as fast. Like a chamois for your hair. Now that they offer celadon and pink--I bought 10 for wedding/shower gifts which I wrapped in celadon-pink-celadon sets, and they're so very pretty. (Keeping one for myself!) I know once the brides-to-be try them, they'll become one of their morning favorites, too. It really cuts down on the frizz and my hair looks smoother and shinier. I have read reviews of similar towels that complained that it did not stay on. I wrap this one as usual around my long hair and tuck the end under the back. Most of the time it stays on just fine - it will pop out if I don't tuck it in well enough. It is most definitely worth the price - I bought two.

I wrap up my long hair while I put on lotion and then it takes much less time to blow dry it than if wrapped with a standard towel. The towel is saving me time and minimizing the heat-damage to my hair!

I barely use the blow dryer after drying my hair with this towel. I'm happiest about the time savings but it also reduces the damage to my hair from the blow dryer. I left one of these behind on vacation and quickly ordered a new one because doing without it was so bad. Be sure to never use fabric softeners on this towel (liquid or dryer sheet) as they will diminish its effectiveness.

After washing your hair you just twist it up and then I turn the towel around and twist it again. Your hair will never drip and drys naturally within an hour. IT IS AMAZING!
