It keeps my wet hair out of my way when doing makeup, prevents it from getting me cold and dripping all over the bathroom and me. Most importantly - it REALLY helps dry my hair much more quickly, speeding up my morning prep time. Even if I have it on for just a few minutes before removing it to use the hairdryer, my hair becomes damp in that short timeframe. I'm buying another for my daughter. I bought them for my sisters and mother a few years back just because I thought they were so good to have. It securely holds my below-shoulder length hair on my head and is very light weight, unlike a big bath towel that weighs a ton and keeps falling off. Great for those who put on their makeup before drying their hair. I will never use a towel again. I'm buying another for my daughter for Christmas. Make sure you put it on with the button in the back!
