This product really surprised me as I do not have normal or dry skin. I first tried if after a microdermabrasion session and I could not believe how it made my skin glow especially after such an aggressive treatment. I am now on my 2nd bottle and try to use it 3-4 times per week. It has been amazing through the cold so far this winter and has permanently replaced The Solution in my routine.

I was recommended to the Arcona line by an esthetician for sensitive skin with eczema and occasional acne breakouts. This product has totally saved my skin! It makes it super soft and glowing (I can definitely tell a difference the morning after I've used it) and yet remains very gentle, although it occasionally stings when I use it. I've never had a problem with it causing breakouts -- in fact, I've gotten very few breakouts and helps in the beginning when you can feel one coming in since the exfoliating compounds kind of start to break it down.

I bought this product due to my uneven skin tone....Didn't work for me at all! My skin is more dry then ever...and my brown spots on my face are still there. I like Arcona products very much, but i won't waste my time or money in this one again.

Recently I have had flaky skin around my nose due to cold weather and a recent cold. The skin would remain dry and nothing would cure it, until I used this product. I am amazed at how smooth my skin around my nose has become just after few days of usage. I just ordered myself another bottle even though I'm not out of the first one! This is a must have for me. I have sensitive dry skin most of the time and other times I have sensitive combination skin.

I use this every other night after cleansing (alternating with the Night Worker PM Repair). I use only Arcona products on my skin and have been very happy with the way my skin looks and feels. I used to have irritated skin with patches of dryness. Gentle Solution is less irritating than the Night Worker so on those rare occasions when I have irritated areas or lesions on my skin I will use this every night and skip the Night Worker. The Arcona program emphasizes exfoliation/renewal of the outer skin cells as opposed to the use of heavy moisturizers. I have been delighted with the entire line and have used it exclusively for about 5 years.

I've used Guerlain, La Mer, Shiseido Future Solution, Obagi for skin care in past years and have switched to this one recently. Have been using only arcona for 6 months. It seems more people complement my complexion lately.

The product goes on smoothly, and feels like you are treating your skin to a great facial. The magic is in the morning, when you wake up to the most glowing complexion that you ever had. I now have the skin of a 35 year old, and I'm over 50. Better than Chanel, Philosophy, Arbonne, all products that I have used religiously. If there's one product you have to buy, it's this one. Another great from Arcona.

Definitely overrated. I have supersensitive skin and I was excited about the reviews. First off, the explanation of how to use the products is not there. I had to call the head office to understand what order the moisturizer and the serum and the am/pm creams had to be used. They weren't very friendly. Second, the bottles are awkard. Because its mostly fluid and not creamish when you pump you get the product all over your hand and it goes to waste. Also yes, the skin absorbs it faster but it leaves a dry feeling that won't go away with the amount you use. It caused major irritation and break-out on my face. For the price I paid, this is absolutely horrible. I switched to Boscia instead which already made a difference in a few days. I'm going to copy paste this for all the Arcona products that I've used. Don't waste your money

I am so disappointed about this product, especially as all the other reviews are so great. Maybe my skin is just too sensitive, even for the ´gentle´ variant, as every time I use it my skin starts to flake, feel inflamed and it breaks out in small red bumps, which aren´t spots like acne, but itch horribly. The only thing I can do to restore my skin is soak it in olive oil every morning and evening, then after a week my skin turns back to normal. This has happened every time I use it, unless I use the tiniest amount in combination with a face cream, but then nothing really happens. Well, think twice if you have a sensitive skin before you use it, all-natural products can be aggresive as well (think nettle, you don't want that on your face either and come to think of it, this is exactly how it felt...)

I just started to use this product. I will continue each evening, using also the eye serum. I can't tell yet if I see improvement, but the texture is in between a lotion and a serum. I haven't followed with any other night cream, so I will see how I feel at the end of 30 days. Since I am 75, I can't tell yet how much the red areas will improve.
