I use this eyelash curler with regular mascara. I have tried other curlers and "curling" mascaras but this curler gives more natural results.It is, by far, better than anything else I have tried.

I am an 18 year old girl who regularly curls her eyelashes with the standard non heated curlers. This was my first time trying a heated one and i regret buying it. The only reason i purchased it was because of all the good reviews. I couldn't help but making a bad one and saving money and time to others who make the same mistake. This curler did not work...at all. The only reason i gave it two stars was because I liked the feeling of my eyelashes being warm hahah. But really it did not curl one bit.

Gets nice and warm, not overly hot. Curls my eyelashes just right!! I recomment this product tp anyone who wants to curl their eyelashes without getting pinched, the way other curlers do.

Received it product not even a week after ordering.(ordered product 2/13/11 received 2/16/11) Actually ordered 2; have been using one for a year now, and It's soon done. Went to use the second one.....didn't work. Called customer service and since it was past the 30 days, was refunded the price for the 2nd curler and 1/2 the shipping !! Now that's what I call great customer service!!!

Alright, here is the thing. This eyelash curler works, don't get me wrong. But the shape is so awkward! Recently I have just been taking my regular eye lash curler and letting my blow dryer heat it up. Works wonderfully. Quick, painless & better results

This works great. I have always used a heated eyelash curler so I go through a lot of them (they don't have a long shelf life). This works as well if not better than most. My only complaint is that I have to hold it to heat it. With others, I can flip a switch and it heats.

This heated curler works better than ANY curler I've tried, but only when it IS working, of course. It stops heating for no apparent reason within days to weeks of purchase. It is NOT because the batteries died. It still lights up, but no heat comes on.

For those of you who have complaints about this product... you should figure out ways to make it work instead of giving up on such an awesome concept...let me explain.I use this for 2 minutes on each eye...not 20 seconds like the user who doesn't like it... (no wonder you don't like it... you may as well not use one at all for 20 seconds!) The design flaw can be overcome by holding the battery cover closed while pushing up on the button.... easy fix.The inside connectors become less tight over time and are not tight enough to hold the batteries so you might think it is broken... it may be but fix it! ...another easy fix.... take out the batteries & use something to move the connectors closer together...come on people...use the brain God gave ya! This is the best thing since sliced bread if you want awesome lashes...except for Latisse which I also use...get the generic from All Day Chemist.com...you'll get compliments all day like me :) LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!! :) Bought eight for Christmas gifts this year for [$] & free shipping!! It is very hard to use because it's design doesn't make room for your fingers to press the device while it's up against your face. Plus, the lashes, when curled splay out and don't look natural.

Thought that a heated lash curler might be just the thing for my long but straight stick out lashes. The curler is comfortable and I had no problem inserting all my lashes and pushing the lever up to hold them for a heated curl. It wasn't hot or painful or annoying. Just disappointing as there was no difference between the just curled lashes and my regular ones. For a week I tried holding it up to 20 seconds, putting mascara on right after, doing it twice on each eye, but every time was the same result: No curl whatsoever!
