I can't even tell it does anything to my bows except comb them. I do not recommend this product at all. Only complaint (not even that big of a complaint, really) is that it takes a minute or two to dry, and I like to shadow in my brows, so I always have to wait before applying the shadow. It definitely does not hold as well, but if you dislike the feel of the Anastasia gel when it dries, you may like this. I'll continue to use it up, but won't repurchase.
