It could be a placebo effect, but after takeing this for a month I felt the urge to have more sex. @50yo & 30 years of marriage, it takes something extra for some men. For a first timer, you may not see the effect until 30 days of daily use. When it kicks in, just use daily or twice daily for uptimum performance. It is very good in controlling the blood pressure. I highly recommend it for blood pressure control. I take 6000 mg twice a day. In an emergency when I need quick action, I could take all the 12,000mg at once, but not more that once a day. This product had dramatic results on me, and I'm a huge skeptic on these types of supplements. After only taking them for a day and a half, I can actually feel the energy coming back. If you are already physically fit, this product may not do much for you, but if you are middle-aged, work 24 X 7, have lost the drive to exercise, and don't always eat right, you should give this a shot.
