I would dread brushing my teeth. Not with this toothpaste though because the taste isn't so harsh. I don't mind the baking soda taste, it leaves a fresh feeling. A lot lot of toothpaste claims to whiten teeth but gives disappointing results. I think i can tell a difference with this brand. Maybe one shade whiter so far. I would never recommend this to anyone; I really wasted my money. I will be going back to using Sensodyne. I only tried the Arm & Hammer because I wanted to see if it would whiten my teeth, but after that experience I would rather keep my not so white teeth. That ARM & Hammer was nasty!!! As for whitening, it's average (better than some, but not outstanding). The taste is a little strange (baking soda and mint) until you get used to it, but I find it tolerable.
