I would dread brushing my teeth. Not with this toothpaste though because the taste isn't so harsh. I don't mind the baking soda taste, it leaves a fresh feeling. A lot lot of toothpaste claims to whiten teeth but gives disappointing results. I think i can tell a difference with this brand. Maybe one shade whiter so far.
