This toothpaste does everything! It has flouride to fight cavities ( the same amount as in other brands), and has other ingredients to whiten teeth and freshen breath. Not only are my teeth whiter, but I notice less plaque. Also, hours after using, your mouth still feels totally fresh. So even though it's a little pricier, I save money in the long run because for me, I now find that mouthwash and any sort of teeth whiteners are not necessary!! My dentist told me not to use a whitening toothpaste because it takes off my enamel, but I still wanted to use a brand I trusted. Thsi toothpaste works very nice. It is effective with bad breath and does clean my teeth well enough I guess. Haven't been to the dentist since using it so I am not sure if it is really doing the trick. Pros

This, combined with Sonicare toothbrushes, keeps my teeth whiter much longer than traditional mint toothpaste without peroxide and traditional toothbrushes. Some people find the taste disagreeable, as it's not sweet and minty. Has a mild saltiness (that's the sodium bicarbonate, baking soda, keeping bad breath at bay) with mint undertones. Pros
