I use it once a day. It doesn't make my teeth the whitest white, but it does remove any pale yellow or gray. White strips are much better but are harsh on my gums. If, after I brush, I go over my teeth with a supersmile Quickie, I get a slightly whiter white. (The Gosmile ampoules work as well, but are hard on gums.)

Using this product each time I brush has resulted in noticeable results in the whitening of my teeth. Unlike the whitening strips, I have no gum irritation or sensitivity.

This is a great tooth paste. It whitens very well and makes your whole mouth feel fresh and your teeth thoroughly cleaned. It is not harsh or burning. The tubes are smaller so if you tend to squeeze allot, you may use it up quickly.

My teeth were discolored from ordinary tea and coffee drinking--nothing that I felt overly self-conscious about, but I wanted to look younger and have a brighter smile. I noticed a marked improvement almost immediately, and even more improvement over a couple of weeks. My friends that I hadn't seen in a while noticed it right away, but the coworkers I see every day didn't comment so it definitely wasn't a sudden or shocking change. I've tried whitening strips in the past, but was unable to use them because of the aching and often shooting pain I would feel in my teeth, both during and between uses (if an enemy government ever wants to get information from me, they could probably do it with teeth whitening strips). But wIth this product, I've never felt any discomfort at all. Plus, since you use it while you're brushing, it doesn't take any extra time out of your routine. Worth noting: I use an Oral B Professional Care electric toothbrush, which probably makes the product more effective. Summary: If you're looking for an instant, blindingly white movie-star smile, this product might not be enough for you. But if you want an easy and pain-free way to a brighter and natural-looking smile, I can't recommend this product enough!

okay, this product does work BUT there's one that works much much better. try Arm N Hammer whitener WITHOUT THE ENAMEL STRENGTHENER. just the regular Arm & Hammer whitener works SO much better.the regular one i named last does the job on my teeth. i drink coffee by the gallon and i smoke. this product w/ enamel strengthener just doesnt quite do the job as effectively as the other i named.ive tried all the whitening products and none compare to Arm & Hammer.Crest Night Effects was the best, but i think they stopped selling it...who knows why?
